I had quite a few random pictures of things around our house and/or projects I'm working on. So I thought I'd give you a little more detailed peek into our home.
I made a few burlap rosettes to spruce up some candles around the house.
This picture doesn't show it well but I may or may not have spray painted last fall's acorns blue and filled a vase in the bathroom. Call me crazy, but I like how it turned out!
I find this handsome man curled up on the couch sometimes during his lunch break. I guess getting up at 5am every morning would wear you out.
These are the colors of Matthew's room. Teal & Green. Above- I spray painted (are you catching onto my latest obsession?) some old shelves, and a 75 cent picture frame for the nursery.
Shane later regretted writing his name on the test patch. I think it took 3 total coats of paint to cover it!
One morning I got a little carried away and made cinnamon scones for no apparent reason. We sure enjoyed them though!
One of my favorite spots in our house. Our antique rocking chair that is anxiously awaiting a sweet little boy to rock, and our newly framed diplomas.
Another picture of my sweet soldier husband. Do you think that ruck is full enough? We said goodbye for 2+ weeks this morning so he can do some Bradley gunnery training.
